acting in the way of a rascal, an action that is silly, funny, witty, or in some way amusing. a term used to describe a cl-ssic action of humor performed by a known rascal. when responding to this humorous event it is appropriate to laugh in a jovial deep tone using the particular phrase “ah ha ha ha ha, what rascalation!”
