noun; a little beasty; generally dirty or with a mildy offensive smell.
rasclins often have a few yellow teeth and eat a lot of burger king.
rasclins are usually unshaved and make a low-pitched gargling noise when they are s-xually frustrated.
also, when rasclins are happy they squeal like a branded pig, or an angry cat.
you can find them in dark, humid dwellings, but be careful because they are solitary creatures that become aggressive when they feel that their food source is being threatened.
