Rate-A-Chink
the process of rating chinese buffets. the rating is based on the following: 1) quality of food; 2) atmosphere; 3) egg roll quality (are they ruined with cinnamon or lack of meat); 4) service; 5) cost. having a stir fry table gives you bonus points. the rating runs 1-10.
