rattlecaged
derived from diablo ii: lord of destruction, rattlecage is an armor that looks much like a much higher quality one. when trading, it is quite easy to show the higher quality armor and secretly switch it for rattlecage without your trading partner knowing.
rattlecaged means to rip someone off in a deal by giving someone what they think they want, but is actually junk.
when i was trading for my ‘nigma, i thought i was getting top notch, but the guy rattlecaged me!
