rcsm is an acronym that stands for “rain city superhero movement” — a seattle-based organization of real-life superheroes. a small group of real life men and women use pseudonyms and dress up in comic book-style costumes based in the seattle, wa, usa area, they are led by phoenix jones and are noted for having stopped a small but noteable number of crimes in the region.
– “hey. did you hear how phoenix jones of the rcsm stopped a car thief in the act?”
– “no way! really? he and other members of the rain city superhero movement really are superheroes, huh?
– “yeah, they are!”
