realter
a realter is a person who is practicing the profession or trade of a real estate broker whether licensed or not. although referring to the same person in terms of the profession or trade that they practice, a realter is different from a realtor .the word realtor is a registered trademark which can be used only by a licensed real estate broker who is a member of the national -ssociation of realtors (nar) of the united states of america or its affiliate -ssociations in any country to whom a license has been given by nar usa to use the mark.
