the result of sitting on an uncomfortable chair (wood, office, bleacher) for an extended period of time. usually prefaced by the term “case of” as if it were a condition or a disease.
i had so much work at the office today that i didn’t get a lunch and when i got up to leave, i had a horrible case of rectangle -ss.
