1. a system of government in which the people are ruled over by -ssholes.
2. governance by those with their heads up their -sses.
3. government that constantly sh-ts on the people.
1. the administration of george w. bush is generally considered to be a fine example of rectocracy in action.
2. when republicans take over the presidency, the judiciary, the house and the senate, the resulting cancellation of all const-tutional protections (except for the second amendment, of course!) will be the start of rectrocracy in the usa.
