when a person attending university or college grows more immature–reaching the level of a high school freshman–during their attendance.
though ryan was a college senior, he exhibited the typical behavior of a regresshman, namely the complete lack of social graces and worldly knowledge.

a school that was once west hill combined with oscvi at one location. it’s purple…..that’s it basicly the site of many teenage pregnancy ,drugs, weed, underachievers, sk-nky sl-ts, skidmarks of society, josh the sl-t, dictatorship student council and drill sargent brookshaws osdss is sh-t but still beats westhill still not as good as oscvi.
