Rerun Syndrome
the act of call center employees feeling the need to share the call they just took with the rest of the room in such a manner that would indicate it is the most intriguing or interesting call that they’ve had all year.
carl: “you wont believe the call i just took”
me: “yes i would – i’m sitting right next to you dumb-ss”
carl: “please just let me tell you! it’s the best call i’ve had all day”
