Resembulance
a car that resembles and ambulance, but isn’t.
this is the term used when out and about and one sees a car that could have been, or looks like an ambulance.
there goes another resembulance.
a van or vehicle that looks just like an ambulance
p-ssenger: you’d better pull over, an ambulance is trying to get past!
driver: no way it’s just a resembulance.
