the last candy picked from a communal candy dish after all the “better” candies are chosen. similiar to the selection process on a playground. the r-t-rd is always the last one picked.
susan brought in jolly ranchers for her candy dish, but i better quick there quick. last time, i ended up with raspberry which we all know is r-t-rd candy.
