a pedestrian darting or motioning as if to dart into traffic with the intent to startle and/or disrupt the flow of traffic, commonly with comedic intent. the roadrusher is often costumed or has concealed their ident-ty to avoid prosecution, as such acts are illegal in most jurisdictions.
