Rockaway Park
a place filled angry black people, and crazy irish kids. a place where drinking is the norm, and fighting is expected. a place where your friends will stand with you no matter what the circ-mstances are, and a place where a baseball bat can solve any problem. a place where kids learn to use their fists at a young age, and will take a beating before backing down from any fight. a place life long friends are made. a place that may be filled with sorrow, but you will never notice. it might be located in the brooklyn-queens district, but its a world to itself.
