the most bad -ss form of training for nordic skiing. used to simulate skiing on pavement during the summer. almost all rollerkis are difficult to balance on, have no brakes, and are very easy to fall on. don’t get in a rollerskier’s way, or you might get lanced with a sharpened ski pole.
bjorn is a beast on rollerskis.
