people who ruin your evil plans due to their incompetence and stupidity. invariably uttered by the evil villain at the end of the movie to his minions as he realizes his evil plans have failed yet again and the hero has emerged triumphant.
“ruination fools!” screamed dr. evil to numbers two and three as his balloon laden with killer gas begins to fall to the ground premature because his underlings miscalculated the weight of the contents.
