Rule bound
where an organization,government ect. has so many procedures and rules that it takes almost forever to get anything done and if it’s not on the rule book it won’t get done.
all governments and other organizations are rule bound. rules are an efficent way to do most things but people depend on them to much and if something unforseen comes up they will not know what to do.
the world could come to an end while there still trying to get all the paper work done.

australian slang for c-nt hole, p-ssy, v-g-n-. said in conversation the words c-nt and hole roll off the tongue as cunnole. oi maaate, did you go home with that bird? how was her cunnole?
- llamicorn
a creature that is half llama and half unicorn. it usually has the body of a llama but the horn of a unicorn. person 1: “that unicorn you drew looks like a llama with a horn.” person 2: “it’s a llamicorn!”
