word coined in march, 2009 about who really is leading the conservative faction within the republican party; that is, the nrc chairperson, or rush limbaugh, ultra-right wing conservative talk show host.

those political and social conservatives who devotedly take their opinions and talking points from right-wing radio comedian rush limbaugh, the new de facto leader of the republican party.
did you catch the rushpublican mantra of the day, wherein president obama is leading us sheep into socialism as we speak? those rushpubbles are scarey, man!
