Russian Wedgie
an uncomfortable or painful tightening of the underwear in the front, separating the testis in the scr-t-m or the l-b–. very similar to a frontal wedgie. it may occur due to a practical joke in which someone pulls the front of the pants/underwear so that there is discomfort or pain. it may also occur on its own when the underpants ride high.
