a nickname given to panic at the disco guitarist/lyricist ryan ross. derivived from ryro this name was given to him when he stopped washing his hair and started dressing in fugly hippie style clothes therefore making him a fugly ho not worthy of anyone’s attention. he also developed a diva att-tude that even surp-sses his girlfriend’s att-tude. this adds to his fugly ho reputation.
