“sadding” is a word used by people who don’t know the existence of the word “saddening” or, are too confident that “sadding” is a real word.
person 1: it’s very sadding that my mom died.
person 2: umm what? do you mean “saddening”? “sadding” is not a real word.
person 1: omg! how can you be so rude? my mom died, have some sympathy!
