any person, usually a man, that accuses others of ripping on his sandals, on purpose. usually mentally unstable, and bi-curious.

a male who wears sandals while hanging around women (i.e. their girlfriend, wife, etc) who aren’t wearing sandals.
last week, i saw this guy wearing sandals but his lady friend was wearing nike shoes. what a sandal f-g!
