santa cruz time
a form of time measurement that is more of a generalization than a specific time. marked by a fluid sense of time maintenance that one will arrive/event will take place roughly around a designated time; typically late with no given parameter of how late or if will arrive/start at all.
our meeting was at noon but she is running on santa cruz time so i am not sure when she’ll arrive.
