boiled chicken br–sts salad sandwich with all of the edges removed. the sanwichon is triple stacked with bread, cream chease filling, chicken salad, bread, cream cheese filling, bread. the salad ingredients are white onion, shredded carrots, chopped celery
mayo, mango slices, seasoned with sea salt & fresh ground pepper.
once the sanwichon is stacked, it is completely covered on all sides like frosting on a cake with a delicious
cream cheese, sour cream & mango frosting all topped with chopped pecans & sliced chile poblano pepper strips.
sanwichon is cut into bread size slices and usually served with chips or something salty and crispy to help compliment
it’s attributes.
