refers to those who are anything but smarmy, but could be.
ideally social network connections in metropolitan areas, hip, happening, from what i can see. opposite of urban trife. the person who is known as green, friendly, perfect when the light is shining. maybe would dis a dork.
a sarcastic smarmy could be a student at a big time campus, or a freelance writer/photographer/graphic designer/dj/you name it living, working, thriving to some extent in an urban environment.
