a spoken mistake; like a typo but spoken aloud. occurs when you are speaking and you mess up a word/make a mistake.
person 1: “i chike locolate!”
person 2: “don’t you mean, ‘i like chocolate?'”
person 1 “lol, yeah. what a saypo!”
example 2:
person 1: “hey, did you know that justin bieber is cooler than chuck norris”
person 2: “what?”
person 1: “oops, that was a saypo! i meant justin bieber could never be as cool as chuck norris.”
