sweaty b-llsack syndrome, this term is commonly used for the acting up of sweat in the jockage area which sometimes a common problem for men all around the world when they are exercising or just having a sweat buildup. the result of having sbss results in the male to be smelling like a sweaty b-llsack. the only cure for sbss is in fact taking a shower and washing your junkage with soap a few times until the nondesired smell has disc-p-ted
