making an irritating demand on someone for something that is of far less an importance. to irritate someone that owes you so little as if life depended on it. complaining so much about something so little. whining over stuff that’s not worth all the effort.
i owed him $55 but only had $54 on me. the next day he comes scaunging at the office about it. his cab was $2.
