Schedule Stalking
schedule stalking typically occurs in the workplace with hourly employees. it involves
1. immediately checking as soon as the schedule goes up to see if a certain person is working the same shifts as you, often someone of romantic interest.
2. scanning the entire list of employees to find out who is working with you on a given day.
3. actually writing down any of this information so you can plan for it (looking good on a certain day, et cetera).
person 1: “hey, what are you doing here? i didn’t think you were working today.”
person 2: “i’m filling in for debbie, she called out.”
person 1: “oh, i see.”
person 2: “why, have you been schedule stalking me?”
