someone who is not only a moron (aka douche nozzle) but also an -sshole (aka n-z-). often is the case with morons in a position of power. when someone is given a job that he or she is actually incapable of doing, they often find scapegoats to take the blame for their ineptness and the fact that the job is never done correctly if at all.
dude 1: my boss keeps yelling at me for not uploading our inventory onto our website, but i don’t have the proper access to do that, only he can do it. this guy is a total douche nozzle.
