possibly one of the most annoying creatures alive, they mostly consist of a 8 – 11 year old on a scooter who think their top sh-tcool if they swear and/or drink and smoke. most of these f-cktards hangout at skateparks and beak the skaters who would beat the living sh-t out of them but the sn-by rich parents would retaliate
