steve liked a different band than most of his friends, so when they asked steve to go with them to a concert he didn’t enjoy himself, just to feel social and cool for them, he declined because he rather not waste 2 hours listening to a band he didn’t even like. his friends were scordant towards him for not going and never called him again.
