the process involving the use of one’s fingernail in a scr-ping motion, over a females face (usually a minger) to measure the thickness of make-up she is wearing to cover up her rat -rs-d face. (unit of measurement cm)
i did a scr-pe test on shazza the other day and she measured in the 3 – 5 centimetre bracket.
