scuttle bucket is a term referring to a young lady who’s life revolves around being promiscuous. often referred to as sk-nks, tramps, hussies, or teases.
derived from the mr. bucket commercials in the early to mid 90s in which a bucket instructs you to put your b-lls in his mouth.
