1. an almost daily occuring astronomical weather related event which takes place in the sky above the washington state city of seattle when one celestial object (a m-ssive dark grey overcast) moves into the place of and/or overshadows another (the blue sky and bright sun which in reality is always technically above that city but is being blocked out by all the grey clouds).
2. a seattle based hip-hop artist known locally in that area for being somewhat controversial.
