a small neighborhood in west knoxville. it is nestled within bearden and is regarded as the highest concentration of wealth in east tennessee, despite bearden being solidly middle cl-ss. wealthy retirees, business executives, and upper cl-ss college students comprise its residents. it is markedly smaller and more exclusive than the also upper cl-ss town of farragut.
