the best alb-m ever made, by the beatles. the cover has over 70 people on it, and it itself contains 13 tracks, including lucy in the sky with diamonds, lovely rita, and a day in the life. it topped the rolling stone’s list of top 500 alb-ms, and is by far the band’s best alb-m, selling millions of copies.

released in 1967 this is the beatles eighth studio alb-m. it is possibly the most overrated record ever made. not as good as magical mystery tour released later the same year and not as important (or as good) as revolver released a year earlier.

sgt. pepper’s lonely hearts club band is a very good record none the less, maybe even great, but it aint mozart.
