shamhead
a shamhead is a person who repeatedly carries out actions or behaviours found annoying and disapproved by most of the public. the actions themselves do not necessarily have to be a crime but rather irritating. a shamhead is similar to a rarehead however it is considered less offensive and more commonly used. you tend to be considered a shamhead if you partic-p-te in regular shams.
e.g. “what a sham! noah has locked me out again!”
“wow he sounds like a right shamhead!”
“he is, he’s always upto shams like this”
