at rainbow gatherings, when someone yells this, everyone comes running to help them! i saw it in action & the rainbow family even has attorneys!
when i heard shanticina/shantisina i went running to help this guy who’d been handcuffed. everybody responded to the call for help. someone sawed the handcuffs off the guy & people circled around him & got him away from the 6~up! (cops)
