sheet caking
bingeing on sheet cake or some other extremely sweet, gooey, comfort food to deal with great stress, discomfort, or anger.
last night, i was so beside myself with anger over politics that i indulged in three hours of sheet caking.
instead of going out and getting involved in potentially violent protests against bigots, find a local jewish-owned or black-owned bakery, buy a sheet cake with an american flag on it, take it home and eat it. stuff your feelings down!
