a noun, referring to a short brown man of persian/pakistani descent who tells women he is a “sheik” to get into their panties.
the signifigance of the phrase “polly pocket” in the phrase is that it describes the rather small stature of the individual in question. ie, polly pocket was a popular toy in the late 90’s that could easily be folded up and stored in a child’s pocket because it was so small, much like sheik polly’s p-n-s.
