similar to a shumper. a shicardigan is a cardigan that has a fake shirt attached to it.
it appears to look like a shirt with a cardigan on top but is actually just a section of shirt with a cardigan.
the wearer seems fashionable while managing to keep themselves cool as they are not actually wearing both items of clothing. (not as useful if weather is bad)
it is the epitome of trendiness.
