Shit and Spin
the act of alternating sh-tting and barfing in the same toilet. for example, when sitting on the toilet sh-tting you realize you need to spin around and barf.
dude that food was so nasty it gave me the sh-t and spins.
when you take a dump in a cup, place the t-rd on top of a ceiling fan blade and close all doors and windows so that a foul smell is created. then when an unsuspecting individual comes in gagged by the stinch he/she opens all air ways and turns on the ceiling fan. the sh-t is then flung onto wall!!!
she won’t clean the house so i’ll give her something real sh-tty to clean, she’ll recieve a nice healthy sh-t and spin!!!
