a sh-t -ss geek (sag) is an athlete who is either ill-equipped for their sport or wears impractical clothing. a sag outfit usually consists of board shorts, polo (or wifebeater if you’re ghetto), a headband and runners/flipflops. if someone is recognized as a sag, it is generally -ssumed that they are not very skilled at the sport, though there are rare exceptions.
