a sh-thead, can mean very stupid or being a b-st-rd.
origins: i made a doodle at school of a guy with a p–p for a head. i called him sh-tbert. he has a mother, b-ttface.
“look at sh-tbert over there!” note: it can replace a proper noun (such as a name) and keep the exact same grammar, as if it was said person’s real name.
