to sh-t and vommit simontaniously, usually resulting from extensive alcohol consumtion.
“my stomache is going crazy, i think i’m about to shommit, where can i find a bucket and a toilet?”
when you are so sick that you begin to simotanously sh-t and vomit at the same time.
i was sitting on the toilet not feeling so well when i began to shommit.
