shotgun surgery
when a man pretending to be a doctor uses a shotgun (instead of a scalpel or any other surgical tool) and ends up killing the patient. it ends most times in the stereotypical black nurse cracking wise.
im filing a malpractice suit against the man who killed my son! he practices shotgun surgery!
