a shoulder wh-r- is someone who, when compared to like every other high school girl, dresses modestly, but has uncovered shoulders. in spite of this, this girl is considered a wh-r- (or shoulder-wh-r-), while girls in belly shirts are considered moral members of society.
the teacher told the shoulder wh-r- she was in violation of the dress code, even though tartsie’s entire belly was visible.
someone who’s shoulders are often used as a pillow, with or against his or her will.
