a term often used in jail or prison.
when an inmate would subscribe to a hot chicks magazine such as maxim so he can rip out pages of the half naked chicks.
he then proceeds to stick the paper in a plastic waterproof sleeve…
then stick it to the wall in the shower.
sometimes many of these will be in the shower at once for viewers pleasure
ice-pick ” hey man you got that new maxim? ”
stomps ” h-ll yeah son! ”
ice-pick ” oh you know we bouts ta get down on some new shower packs! “
