dumb-sses who cannot spell the word spiel.
i googled the word shpeal and found another dumb-ss on urban dictionary whom spelled it incorrectly as well. the correct spelling is spiel, not spheal, shpeal, schpeal, or spill.
someone’s repeated talk jabber. mainly bs
he’s saying his schpeal again. he’s on about his shpeal again.
